Our policies re: order form submissions  [ & i will TRY to be brief ]:

      We have many departments, each of which has their OWN system and their
      own ordering form(s).

      Presently, these are as follows:

         Regular Inventory
         Manuals & Schematics
         Special Sales Offers
         Surplus Inventory
         Vacuum Tubes

      in addition, we have forms for services which we provide FREE of charge:

         Factory Reset Procedures  ( customer submitted additions/corrections )
         Musicians' Classifieds    ( requests for entry into the classifieds )
         Equipment Classifieds     ( for the FREE Buy/Sell/Trade classifieds )


      ALL of these forms have been brutally misused, such as, ...and i do NOT
      jest;  a player's classifieds form has been used to order schematics !!!
      As well, the "special items" forms and "manuals" forms have been used in
      attempts to order standard stock items, and vice versa.

      ........... my friends, the possibilities are indeed staggering & almost
      endless; and at the very least are MASSIVELY FRUSTRATING our efforts to
      continue providing the type of service which this company was built upon.



      ... and so a shiny new policy is born:

      If these forms are used for any purposes OTHER than what we have CLEARLY
      intended and expressed here, the unfortunate results WILL be as follows:


        a:   The request will simply be ignored ( the MOST likely scenario ),
             and the one which i most vehemently support.


        b:   The request will be submitted to our "delayed queue" file, and
             processed if-and-when we find the time  ( most unlikely ).


        c:   The request may be processed ONLY after ALL of our other clients
             have been served  fully  and  completely.


      Essentially, we plan ( AND FULLY INTEND ) to provide the most excellent
      service possible to our customers, ( present and prospective ). If this
      results in fewer sales to provide better service, SO BE IT..........
      ......end  of  story.

      P.S. it should be noted that those who attempt to enter an order through
           multiple submissions ( i.e. form and/or fax and/or telephone, ETC )
           will be ignored !!! I am truly sorry, but this is NOT grade school,
           and I have a service reputation to consider.
